Methods for Developing and Implementing Regulatory Documents Governing the National Qualifications System
In accordance with the relevant decree of the Head of State dated September 30, 2024, the Institute for the Development of the National Qualifications System was established under the project office “Education Projects Center.”

The main tasks of the Institute include organizational, methodological, expert, and analytical support for the activities of the Republican Council for the Development of Professional Qualifications, sectoral councils, and qualification assessment centers; overall oversight of the development of sectoral qualification frameworks, professional standards, and assessment tools; accreditation of qualification assessment centers and monitoring of their activities; implementation and technical support of a unified digital platform for the National Qualifications System; enhancing the qualifications of sectoral council members and staff of assessment centers; as well as coordinating the work of specialists in ministries and agencies responsible for professional qualifications development and providing them with practical assistance.

Taking these tasks into account, a two-day seminar-training on “Methods for Developing and Implementing Regulatory Documents Governing the National Qualifications System” was held in cooperation with the Institute for the Development of the National Qualifications System and UNESCO’s office in Uzbekistan.
